Adeleine MAD!

Hey, it's been a while. I have been continuing the work on episode 9 since last update. I just finished animating for the day and the episode is at 53%. I'm aiming to reach 66% by the weekend! I've also been working on things for episode 10 but only for two days. The only thing I wanna show of it is this frame of Adeleine looking ready to attack!

Go get them, Adeleine!

As some of you may know, I've started working on the next Kirby Guardian episode one day before the release of episode 8. I spent the first week modeling the scenery and the next weeks working on the first clip. (out of five total)

The episode is currently at 17% completion BUT... It may or may not be the ninth episode... Regardless of what happens, this episode I'm working on will be released in Winter!

Thank you again for watching the series and enjoying it. I'm very happy something I create just for fun can be enjoyed by others.

Some clips of the episode were made in Blender while the others were in Flash, like always. I learned Blender this year and immediately wanted to switch to it for all my future projects! Here are the clips:

The entire first 3 minutes. It's the last scene I worked on for the episode, the meeting with the Monster Mama! Did you also hear the familiar 6 notes that played when she appeared on screen? No, it's not Porky Minch's theme from Mother 3...

I had this shot in mind for years and it turned out even better than I imagined thanks to Blender coming in clutch!

And the other clips are:

King Dedede and Adeleine sleeping. King's clip is my very first Blender animation. After I modelled the castle, I had a lot of fun trying as many features as I could. I hope you enjoyed the result!

This clip, in comparison was pretty simple but it helped me with camera shake, parallax and blur.

It's important to appreciate ourselves, every now and then. By focusing too much on our flaws, we completely ignore our quirks and skills. Don't forget that! Adeleine counts on you!

Episode 8 is 78% completed. I have two clips left and the music to make. I hope to at least have the animation and backgrounds finished by the end of May but we'll see. Please, enjoy your weekend!

The last scene of the episode has been started. It's going to be a fun one to work on, for sure. It won't be as long as the first scene I started with (I believe) but it definitely will not take as long to make. Originally, I expected to start progress on this scene in June, so I'm 2 months ahead on the old schedule.

There's still a lot of work to do: all the animation, at least 17 backgrounds and music for the episode... I am desperately waiting for Mid May to come... Until the next update. Take care, everyone!

Hey there! It's been a while since I've posted an update here!

Kirby Guardian episode 8 is 64% completed! Only one clip of Scene 2 and the entirety of Scene 1 to animate. After that, I'll focus on the musics. I would love to be close to completion this summer but we will see. I don't know, maybe my heart will explode tomorrow or I'll get hit by a bomb or something.

Anyways, I will start the next clip of the episode tonight. I'm so happy to be so close to finishing "Reincarnation", I wanted to work on it for 3 years now and here we are.

Here they are! Episode 8 is 39% completed! I'm focusing on Part 2 first, which is the most busy one and it's over half-way there. Part 3 should be very quick to complete but Part 1 will take some time as well.

Kirby Guardian episode 8 is 17% completed as of today! I've finished the fifth clip and finished the rough phase of clip 6 and added most of the audio. It's been a while since we've seen Adeleine and The Company on the same screen but here we are! They seem to be having fun, though Adeleine just wants to go home. Feels good to be back.

Kept you waiting, huh? It has been a while since the last update but I have been working on other things since the end of last month but I'm back to working on Kirby Guardian now. In fact, I have been streaming more last week. I'll go back to sharing process updates for the current episode but you can imagine I don't have much to share at the moment, so have a Faximili picture until then. She's funny.

Humm. Adeleine sense that you're not happy...

Which is ok! She'll take you on a bicycle ride and you get to sit in the basket! Ain't she sweet when she wants to? "Still a big meanie"?! All right, give her some time, she was raised like that...

Kirby Guardian episode 8 is 9% completed! That's the third clip almost done, making it around 2 minutes of animation in only 3 months. I want to post updates more often here to make sure everyone on every platform is on the same page. Don't worry, though, I'm never spoiling too much, it ruins the surprise when the whole thing is done. Have a lovely rest of your week, it's almost the weekend!
